Rachael Sass, MA, LPC

My approach in therapy is rooted in compassion, understanding, and nonjudgmental stance with intention to create a safe and supported place for each person to begin their own individual process toward healing. I believe in person-centered and trauma-informed care as we work together to help the client meet their goals. My treatment approach is eclectic incorporating such modalities as CBT, DBT, solution focused, and strength-based therapy. I hold a master’s degree in community counseling from Lakeland University. I have over a decade of experience working in carious setting such as community case manager, a therapist leading IOP, an inpatient therapist and as a behavioral health consultant within an integrated health care team. Mental health concerns and life adversity can happen to anyone of us and being able to provide a safe and supportive place to serve those in need is an honor.
