I believe in the power of the human spirit and the interconnectedness with our unique spiritual belief systems My role is to build a strong therapeutic relationship that offers a safe place for clients to begin the process of introspection and change. Within that context, I offer education and tools to make those changes and offer support when obstacles arise. I work from a down to earth, empathic, and collaborative stance. I also bring along a love of learning and my quirky sense of humor when appropriate to the therapy session.
