Laura Roth, MS LPC
| I believe that everyone has their own journey that they are struggling with, and that often this journey is misunderstood and unidentified. I aim to help my clients understand their inner world, in order to help them understand how to help live a fulfilling and engaging life. I enjoy helping my clients understand the neurological basis of their actions, and help them change their response through a variety of interventions. I enjoy working with clients who recognize that their pain does not have to be their story, but can be the blocks on which they begin to recognize how to build a future that brings them joy. My focus throughout my career has been in Multi-systemic therapy (MST), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), CBT, Trauma and PTSD, domestic abuse, depression and anxiety, LGBTQ + Community, domestic violence, cultural concerns, sexual assault, parenting, and adolescent challenges. I work with youth 12-18, couples, families, and adults. I have experience working in a multitude of settings ranging from nonprofit, medical, county and courts, shelters and group homes. I have experienced the limitless potential of those who are given the support of someone who believes in them. My hope is that you will experience being limitless as well as you experience full understanding of your experience. |
