Lexi is a therapist of 10 years who specializes in nontraditional approaches to healing. In addition to the traditional therapy settings, Lexi incorporates outdoor hiking/walking therapy, using nature as a grounding and restorative partner in healing. She also enjoys diving into the art to come along side clients to express themselves in warm, empathic, safe environment. Lexi believes that transformation happens not only in conversation, but through meaningful experiences that reconnect ourselves to our strengths, voice and sense of safety. She believes that each client knows themselves best, and that she is just a guide on the journey to healing. She creates a warm, empowering space where you can process trauma, build resilience, and rediscover your confidence- both on the trail and in everyday life. Lexi integrates CBT, DBT, person centered, and narrative approaches in office and within nature to help the client achieve treatment goals.

Lexi is licensed in both Wisconsin and Colorado. She accepts United and Medicaid for insurance.
