Our Resilient Schools program strengthens entire communities by partnering with school systems to support students, families, educators, and administrators alike. Through mental health education and prevention programming for K–12 students and beyond, we help young people build resilience, understand mental health, and recognize early warning signs.

Roots and Wings (Middle School)
Restorative Resilience Programming
Roots and Wings, an eight-session Restorative Resilience program designed for middle school students. This initiative aims to build emotional resilience, develop core social-emotional competencies, and equip students with tools to navigate the challenges of adolescence, including those that emerge in digital spaces.
Grounded in evidence-based Restorative Practices and CASEL’s Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) framework, Roots and Wings offers a practical, long-term approach to managing emotions, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthy relationships. Each session is interactive, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with research on adolescent brain development and emotional regulation.
Outcomes: Our Resilient Schools program creates lasting impact at every level, supporting students, strengthening school environments, and building healthier communities. Together, these outcomes foster resilient students, supportive schools, and connected communities by building social-emotional skills, promoting well-being and restorative practices, and inspiring meaningful, youth-driven change.
