Project Resiliency Warmline

1-800-293-7080

This warmline is operational Monday-Friday, between 9am-5pm.

Project Resiliency aims to serve as a primary resource center for Hmong mental health, addressing both current and evolving mental health needs within Wisconsin’s HMong and underserved communities.

If you find yourself not feeling your best today and have nobody to confide in, remember you’re not alone. Project Resiliency offers a free, community-based, peer-run warmline. This warmline was established to provide peer support to community members seeking someone to share their emotions and personal experiences with. We are committed to being non-judgmental, maintaining the confidentiality of your information and stories, demonstrating empathy, showing compassion, and fostering trust in our relationship with you.
