On May 9th, three speakers, including the Keegan Rhynas (Education Coordinator at MHA in Sheboygan County), gave a presentation about body image and eating disorders at Generations in Plymouth, WI. This event was coordinated by Shania Arneson, who is a Senior at Plymouth High School and a MHA youth ambassador. Shania's said, “Body image and the way we see ourselves affects all aspects of our lives – including our relationships with people, food, exercise, self-esteem, self-confidence,” Arneson pointed out. “We hope that through this journey, we can start to wake up and see ourselves for who we really are, instead of what we look like.”
