A Note From Our Director

As we close out 2023, we reflect on the incredible programming implemented throughout our communities. Your donations go directly to education and services for individuals from all walks of life.

We are experiencing a mental health epidemic across all ages. Mental health ranked as a top health issue across the nation. There are rising rates of depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidality within our communities and nationwide. There is a critical need for MHA’s preventative and early intervention programs and referral services in our community.  In 2022, we interacted with and provided assistance to over 6,300 individuals through MHA Lakeshore’s primary programs. We anticipate a 30% increase in the number of individuals served in 2023, followed by a 68% increase in 2024. Your support is instrumental in catalyzing continued meaningful expansion of our services, creating a profound impact in our communities.

We appreciate your support and wish you and your family a blessed holiday season.
