For 16 years now, we've walked together along beautiful Lake Michigan to support suicide prevention and mental health coming together as a community to talk about mental health, illness, and suicide to have positive impact and make change.

This free suicide prevention workshop offered by MHA Lakeshore is the most widely taught gatekeeper training program in the United States.

Providing a safe place to make connections with women who have shared experiences with chronic pain.

The Compassionate Parents is a peer-led support group offering comfort, information and support to parents and families who have lost a child.
SUMMER SCHEDULE
LAST MONDAY OF THE MONTH 5:30-7PM
Led by a peer support parent, this group provides a listening non-judgmental ear as well as resources, support, and understanding.
LAST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH 6:30 PM
The Suicide Loss Support Group is a peer-led, facilitated support group for those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
SECOND & 4TH THURSDAYS OF EACH MONTH 7-8:30PM CST
Alt2Su is a peer led support group that allows participants to talk about suicidal thoughts, feelings, or experiences without the fear of involuntary interventions or being judged.
ON-GOING SUPPORT MEET-UPS
Join to share, listen, ask questions, or simply be with other women who understand your feelings. Intended to provide a safe environment to share grief without judgment.
