MHA Lakeshore does provide mental health training, education, resources, and support to schools, workplaces, and communities. We encourage you to contact us if you are looking for mental health resources or support.
Yes! We have a variety of support groups with different focuses. You can check those out on our support group page. If you don’t see a support group that fits your needs, we encourage you to reach out to us as we can often connect you to a support group through one of our partners.
Yes, we do a variety of work with youth through training in schools and our Student Ambassador Program. Please explore our Schools Page to learn more.
